The Türkiye Industrial Decarbonisation Investment Platform (TIDIP) is a national platform that brings together the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye and international financing partners with the aim of accelerating the decarbonisation of Turkish industry and mobilizing the investment and financing required for this transformation.
Supports decarbonisation investments in industry.
In the initial phase, the focus will be on the steel, cement, aluminium and fertiliser sectors; the sectoral scope may be expanded in line with needs and priorities.
Decarbonisation investments are grouped under five themes; projects are assessed within one or more of these areas.
Supports the transformation of investment needs into projects ready for financing.
Provides technical expertise and capacity-building support for projects.
Connects projects with suitable funding sources and organisations.
Supports the implementation of investments and the achievement of measurable results.
TIDIP’s official international launch will take place during COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye, on 9–20 November 2026, with new financial institutions expected to join its Joint Declaration.

The TIDIP kick-off meeting was held in Ankara on 22 April 2026 to launch a platform supporting Türkiye’s industrial decarbonisation. TIDIP aims to facilitate access to green financing, accelerate low-carbon investments, and strengthen the competitiveness of Turkish industry.
