Investment Plan and Policy Strategy

The Investment Plan and Policy Strategy (IPPS) provides a strategic framework for accelerating Türkiye’s industrial decarbonisation by identifying key investment needs, policy priorities and enabling mechanisms across emissions-intensive sectors.

The IPPS serves as an important analytical foundation for the Türkiye Industrial Decarbonisation Investment Platform (TIDIP), supporting the development of bankable projects, the mobilisation of public and private sector resources, and Türkiye’s progress towards its 2053 net-zero emissions target.
